SOMATIC TRAUMA RESOLUTION
Trauma, and scars, are holding patterns or densities: anything physical, emotional, sexual, or spiritual, that blocks your full human potential. TRAUMA IS NOT A LIFE SENTENCE. These places in our being are not problems to be fixed or gotten rid of! They are powerful portals to softening, healing, releasing the armor, and opening to unconditional love, vibrant wellness, transformation, and growth.
STREAM (Scar Tissue Remediation and Management) is a dynamic, incredibly effective methodology. It's a relatively new field, pioneered by my mentor, Ellen Heed, PhD, who did her doctoral research on all the ways that our bodies can heal. With STREAM, even scars - and/or trauma - that has been with you for years, or decades - even from earliest childhood - can be unraveled, softened, and returned to wholeness.
I've used STREAM protocols to release and heal pain, chronic tension, numbness, and dissociation in scars from childhood and adult sexual abuse, open heart surgery, dental surgery, athletic injuries, and childbirth injuries (C-sections, episiotomies, and medicalized, unacknowledged traumatic birth experiences.)
