It’s hard to imagine let alone feel permission to rest, to surrender into trust, when your body and your nervous system don’t remember what safety even feels like.

Your sensitivity is your superpower. It’s what feeds your creativity, your gifts, your clear voice, your ability to show up in the world and for those you love, in the ways only you can… but your body is not a machine. It needs your tenderness and tending. Awareness. Renewal.

In STREAM, we move slowly, at your body’s pace. We allow all the time you need, to release, unwind, and drop into deep relaxation. I give you direct experiences of safety throughout your entire body. Muscles melting. Thoughts dissolving. Belly soft. Letting go of all bracing, all tension, and sinking deep into timeless trust of the body’s vast sensitivity, intelligence, and wisdom, where all healing and growth begin.

From that place of safety, we gently explore the areas of your being that may be offline, shut down, disowned, and in need of loving tending. At your pace. According to your body’s way. Learning how to create boundaries, agreements, and embodied grounding so you can engage with the world with all of your sensitivity AND resilience intact. Creating real, lasting, endlessly renewable sanctuary for your sensitivity, from within.
